Why is everything out of stock?
If you're looking at an item that should be available for purchase but is not, you are likely in a country that cannot have items from this site shipped to you.
If you are in a country that this site services, you might be on a VPN, which changes the country the site is aligned with.
What should I do if my country is not listed?
Order from the main website.
Can I still order from the main CannonKeys site?
Yes! Even if your country is covered here, you can still order from our main website.
Will QC be different?
Products ordered from this website will be held to the same QC standards as our main store.
When will group buy projects be shipped when purchased from this site?
Directly after the CannonKeys main site orders ship so we can ensure everything works well before shipping out.
How will customer support work for items purchased from this site?
We will be using the same CS team that we use for our main website- you should expect the same experience you would have there!

Can I order using my local currency?
Currently not on this site. That functionality does exist on the main website but the shipping might be more expensive there.
Do I have to pay VAT/import fees?
Our shipping is DDP, with VAT included for EU countries.
How long will shipping take?
Once shipped, most countries have an estimated 7-15 business days estimate for delivery.
What add-ons are available on this site?
Add-ons available will vary from project to project, but generally you will be able to add project-specific items to your order without issue. For example, you can purchase a Soleil and any Soleil add-ons during the GB.
